James was really kind at breakfast and made me a delicious vegan porridge. We’d had the usual awkward feeling about being vegan earlier, which left us worried we might not be well accommodated or treated very well. The breakfast room was bright and pretty, with stained glass rainbows hanging in the windows. The outdoor area was lovely too, and the Victorian touches, especially the staircase, were nice to see. Telford itself was much more beautiful than I’d expected. We stayed just one night. The service was okay, and the shower was easy to use and felt fairly luxurious. I liked the bathroom, though its door got in the way of both the shower and toilet. The room was small and cosy, which I liked, but it was basic, a bit shabby, and quite damp. My partner hit their head on the beam over the bed once or twice, and I nearly did too. We could hear the person across from us, and didn’t like the thought that someone might intrude on our own privacy.

The hosts were amazing, and breakfast was exceptional. Our room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed, and the on-site parking felt very secure. It turned out to be a great choice, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. Many thanks to our hosts.

James and Sarah made us feel so welcome. Our room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would give it ten out of ten. It’s a lovely little B&B in a great spot, with beautiful views and good routes for walking and cycling. There are also a few pubs within walking distance serving great food.

The breakfast was first-rate, with cereal, fruit juice, a full English, toast and fruit salad to choose from. We stayed in the coach house for a lovely night away. The room was clean, spacious and had a super-comfy bed. Our host was excellent, with helpful tips on the local area and where to eat in the evening, including the Black Swan. We’d absolutely visit again.

Breakfast was tasty and generous. We always left full and ready for a day out walking around. The owners were friendly and got the balance right between being attentive and giving us privacy. It was nice having a friendly face there and somewhere to come back and crash. This is a cute, welcoming B&B in a lovely spot, right among the Ironbridge museums. We used it as a base and walked to most of the attractions, as well as into town for dinner and drinks.
