We brought a bus full of people to the hotel on 21 November 2025 and stayed for three nights. It was fabulous from beginning to end. The manager and staff were all extremely welcoming and supportive, and everyone’s needs were catered for. Our rooms were wonderful and very clean. The entertainment was great, especially the guy on Sunday night, and the food and waiting staff were excellent.

Our first trip with Alfa travel, but it won’t be our last. The hotel was lovely, clean and friendly, with a great welcome. The food and service were wonderful. The meals are on the small side, but it’s three courses, and they’re happy to bring more if you need it. Nothing was too much trouble. And thank you, Tenby, it’s been a blast. We felt very welcome and were well looked after during our four-night stay. The bedrooms were very clean, the food was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. The hotel overlooks the sea and is only a short walk from town. We’ll definitely come again.

We stayed for two nights with my partner. The rooms were lovely and clean, and looked freshly painted. The shower was good, the staff were all really friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was lovely. I’d definitely stay again.

Our holiday in Tenby was amazing, and the Cliff Norton Hotel made it even better. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, the food was lovely and plentiful, and the entertainment was really great. We didn’t join in the Bingo, but hope to come back soon. ❤️
