We stayed over the first May bank holiday in 2026, and it was the little touches that made the stay so good. The owners were lovely and friendly, and they let us park our scooter in the front garden, helping us with it too. Thank you both. The Ivy Bank is in a superb spot, a few streets back from Main Street’s pubs and restaurants and a short walk from the seafront. Our double room was really nice and affordable, with a very comfortable bed and lovely high-quality bedding. There was a little fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee. The bathroom had an amazing shower, a shelf for toiletries and a shelf in the shower, plus a lovely embroidered dark face cloth for removing makeup. We’d highly recommend The Ivy Bank.

The room was neat and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a sofa, which was a nice extra for a place like this. It was easy to find, parking was no trouble, and the beach and Tenby town were only a short walk away. I had an amazing weekend stay and would definitely recommend it. I’ll be back.

A really relaxed, very clean guesthouse in a great location. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely. I almost didn’t want to make a mess because it was so clean! Thanks, Janine. Hope we were easy-going guests. I’d stay again.

Our king room had plenty of space and a huge bathroom, and having a fridge was a nice bonus. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. The guest house is about a five-minute walk from Tenby town, and our host was lovely and very welcoming. The only things I’d change are the really uncomfortable pillows and the rather small towels. Everything else was perfect, and we’d definitely stay again. The car park by the train station is a short walk down the road and costs £4.50 a day.

The Ivy was perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, and we really enjoyed our stay. Janine gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. There’s roadside parking when spaces are available, otherwise the nearby train station is an option. We had the biggest room, and it was immaculate, with a very comfy bed and a sofa. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water were provided every day. We’d most definitely stay again.
