Jan is friendly, helpful, and around if you need anything. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 and was lovely, with a great choice including a full breakfast. The rooms are clean and fairly well furnished, with plenty of storage, though a little cramped. It's an old building with some draughts and other issues. Our room was on the third floor, and while the stairs didn't bother us, many people would find there were a lot of them.

Jan was a friendly hostess and cooked breakfast for us each morning, with cereal or fruit available too. Our room was cosy and comfortable, with lots of storage. The guest house is in a great spot in the middle of the walled town, close to pubs, restaurants and shops, with the harbour and beach just a short stroll away. Good value all round.

Tenby is beautiful and clean, with lovely beaches, stunning views and lots of good places to eat. The room was lovely, and the breakfasts were fab. Jan and Rob were such kind hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. When I came down with a small cold, Jan looked after me like a nurse. Thank you so much, Jan! Snowy the cat was a lovely extra too.

Jan and Rob made us feel at home the minute we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and the location fantastic. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had at any hotel. We'll definitely come back. Thanks again.

We had a lovely five-day stay. The hotel and owners were lovely, and Tenby was absolutely amazing. Jan was so helpful and kind, and Rob kept us well fed with great breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
