We stayed overnight at The Grosvenor Hotel and slept wonderfully. It’s in a very quiet spot, and the comfortable beds and morning power shower made for a great start to the day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A fabulous stay.

We stayed a couple of nights in a spacious, comfortable garden room. For a special meal with 10 of us, we had the Library to ourselves, which worked really well for Sunday lunch and a long chat afterwards. The food was lovely, the service very good, and the whole stay was a positive experience. Stockbridge is a beautiful village and well worth a visit.

Kiki, Aaron, Sandra, Will and Steve made the bar at The Grosvenor feel welcoming, relaxed and joyful. Even when it was busy, they stayed calm, smiling and efficient, and the drinks were spot on. They work so well together, looking out for each other while giving guests plenty of attention. What stood out was the way they mixed professionalism with warmth and humour. They made people feel noticed, comfortable and looked after, and that kind of hospitality stays with you. They deserve real recognition. Huge thanks to Kiki, Aaron, Sandra, Will and Steve. They’re the heart of The Grosvenor and a big reason people will keep coming back.

We spent two nights here just before Christmas and stayed in the Cannon room. The decor was beautiful, and having both a bath and a lovely walk-in shower made it really relaxing. Breakfast was great, and the lounge and bar had a lovely feel during the day and in the evening. We’d highly recommend it.

Ammu was especially kind and polite when we dined at the Grosvenor Hotel. When I mentioned it was my birthday, she surprised me with a cake, which made the day feel really special. The rest of the team were attentive too and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was excellent. Thank you, Ammu, and everyone at the Grosvenor Hotel for such warm hospitality.
