Three Cocks Coaching Inn

My children and I had a nice time playing chess and Scrabble in the drawing room downstairs. The place has a lovely atmosphere, and our room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

Parking was freely available, and the Old Barn bar and restaurant is just across the road, with a good choice of beers and food. We were looking for an old inn near Hay while passing through the National Park, and stayed the night. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The windows are double glazed, though the road is quiet enough anyway. In the morning, we had a cooked breakfast made to order. We’d gladly stay again.

There’s a lovely lounge if you have time to sit in it, and breakfast was really good with plenty to eat. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Check in was self service, but the instructions were clear, so that was fine. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

The staff at this lovely coaching inn made us feel really welcome and went above and beyond. It had a very personal, laid back feel, with a “nuestra casa es su casa” approach that was entirely delightful. I’d definitely use the hotel again and strongly recommend it.
