My great-grandparents lived at Higher Greave Farm in the 1890s. When I lived there 60 years ago, Greave Farm was only a shell, and I used to play in it. Seeing it rebuilt made me so happy. I wonder whether owls perch on the building at night.

The views are incredible, and I always come away feeling so relaxed. There are lovely walks right from the doorstep, too. The house has some fun, quirky touches and is really well equipped, with everything we needed for a great weekend. It was clean and clearly well cared for. This was my second visit, and I'm already looking forward to coming back again. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We got lost and ended up in the middle of nowhere, but everyone was so polite and kind to us. What a stunning place. We came for a job fitting a carpet in a beautiful farmhouse, and it felt like heaven.

Greaves cottage is such a peaceful, stunning place, with amazing views. We've stayed twice now, and it's the kind of cottage that makes you want to return again and again. Absolutely heaven. I highly recommend Greaves cottage.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage. It's in a gorgeous spot, surrounded by the Todmorden hills and meadows, and was lovely and clean. I'd totally recommend it and will definitely return.
