We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel at home. Breakfast was superb, and Cheryl baked fresh cakes for us as an extra touch in the room. Everything was lovely and clean, with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back!

We stayed in the Oddicombe room and had lovely sea views. Seabreeze is a spotless guest house in a perfect location, and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. They made fresh cake daily and left slices in our room, such a nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't fault the place, it's five stars all round and I'd highly recommend it.

The ground-floor room had a fantastic view whenever the rain let up, and it was thoughtfully arranged for guests with a range of disabilities while still being very comfortable. The location and food are excellent, as other reviews say. My husband's health problems and a car accident caused us several difficulties, and Cheryl and Paul went far beyond what we expected to help and support us. Thank you so much.

We've stayed three times and it's always been absolutely great. The room is very clean, and the cakes are so good. Paul and Cheryl always make us feel welcome. See you later in the year!

Cheryl and Paul were incredible hosts, so accommodating, and their attention to detail really shows. The room had lots of lovely touches, including a beautiful cake on arrival, and the breakfast area was just as thoughtful. Breakfast was outstanding. We can't wait to come back.
