Awful place. There was mold all over my space and rats everywhere. The lifts never work, and a false fire alarm left the whole corridor soaked. Pipes make loud noises, and building management doesn't respond. Don't waste your money here. Worst experience ever.

I've lived here for 4 years, and most of the problems mentioned by others haven't happened to me. In my experience, the building is good quality and the location makes everyday life convenient. My flat is bright and comfortable, and regular cleaning and care help keep it in good shape. It's generally quiet here too. I've never heard the loud plumbing or shower noises people have mentioned in other comments.

This building is only about six years old and already seems to be falling apart. The plumbing is dreadful. Whenever someone upstairs turns on a tap, the pipes bang and tap loudly enough to wake me in the middle of the night. I hear every toilet flush and shower through the walls, and most of the taps and my own shower are broken. The fire safety situation is appalling. The doors failed their checks nearly a year ago, and nothing has been done since. A neighbouring flat caught fire because of a faulty boiler, as the firefighters confirmed, but management still hasn't taken meaningful action. The lift is broken more often than it works, the bins are left wide open, and rats are all over the car park. The place is grim, neglected, and unsafe. Poorly built and badly maintained, this block is a disgrace and downright dangerous. Steer well clear.

The building may look modern, but living here has been a very different story. Rain has caused so many leaks that paint has come off the walls, and the construction quality is poor. The lift has been out for over two months and has barely worked during my time here. The car park bollard never works, so I’ve come home from work to find no spaces and had to pay to park elsewhere. Rats are all over the car park, climbing into cars and causing damage that can cost thousands of pounds. There are lots of Airbnbs with no checks on who comes in, and noise can wake you at any hour. If someone loses a door key after a night out, they may turn up at 3 or 4am and drill the door. The management company is the worst in the world, and CERT, the developer, won’t get rid of them. Stay well clear.
