The rooms were clean, but the shower pressure was terrible. Parking costs £3.00 per night, and if there’s a charge, I’d rather have a premium parking option so I know my car is safer. The restaurant service was good. A very friendly mature staff member came over to chat with us, which was a lovely extra, and the barman with the bandana was really nice too.

Amar made me feel welcome with helpful, understanding service. I was out of town and needed directions for booking taxis, and he helped me with that. While I sat at the bar, I could hear him treating other customers just as warmly. Easy access and friendly staff throughout, one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at.

I usually stay in Airbnbs for work, but this trip was a nice change and I’ll stay here again next time. Julia was super helpful from check-in onwards, especially when I ordered food at the bar. I mixed and matched my order, and the chefs, Oren and Leon, were happy to accommodate it. The location is handy, opposite trafford centre and very close to the snow centre. Shout out to Julia, Oren, Leon and the rest of the team. Friendly, helpful and canny, what more could you ask for?

The rooms are a good size, and it’s only a five-minute walk to the Trafford Centre. I was here for work and at first wondered if I’d walked into the wrong hotel because it was so nice. The bar and restaurant facilities are the best I’ve seen at a Premier Inn, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, as usual. The dinner menu was brilliant too, though my chicken skewers were a bit bland. The mango chutney with them was lush and made up for it. I’ll definitely return.

Amar and Karen were especially helpful with our family during this three-night stay at Premier Inn Trafford Centre West. Amar helped sort out two problems for me. The website had said no cot was available when I booked, and I was struggling to share the bed with my four-month-old. He checked for a free cot and had it brought to and set up in our room. During the heat wave, our AC wasn’t working properly either. He found it was set to heat mode, switched it to AC, and the room cooled down within half an hour. Karen at breakfast found suitable tables and seated our family of nine together, with space for our infant. I’m very grateful to them both. We had one other issue: the fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold. I didn’t report it, so it might have been fixable. On the fourth day there was no hot water, so we had cold showers. The hotel is very close to Trafford Centre, an easy 5-7 minute walk. Parking was good, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast plentiful and service fantastic. I’d stay again. We had one standard room and two Premier Plus rooms. The Premier Plus upgrade was worth it for the extra space, iron, complimentary water and Ultimate WiFi. Parking had plenty of spaces when we arrived in the evening, and both registering the car on a tablet for a reasonable £3 per night and checking in on a tablet were simple. Breakfast was £10.99 per person and had plenty to choose from, including toast, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals and hot drinks. They also made vegan sausages and porridge to order.
