The hosts were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a good choice. Tregaron is small and quiet, so this suited us as a stop on our route more than as a destination. We had a pleasant one night stay. The old house has plenty of character and is nicely kept. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, though we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms and it cooled off a bit overnight once the heating switched off. The bathroom was clean, modern and roomy enough for two. There’s no private parking, but we found a street space right outside despite arriving late. The staircase up to the rooms is narrow and steep, so taller guests should mind their heads.

A very nice room and lovely hosts. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh to order. One small thing, if you book Nora's room, mind your head at the door. The ceiling is very low, and at 6ft I couldn't stand by the window.

We had a wonderful break at Tom's of Tregaron. The en suite room was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed, and we were welcomed so warmly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, which were the best I’ve ever tasted. Stay at least two nights so you can try the full cooked breakfast too. Thank you both, we’ll be back!

Tom's of Tregaron made our one night stay lovely. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Good location too, with plenty of parking outside the property.

Roy and Andrea are a lovely couple who made all of us feel welcome, including the dog. The room was lovely, the shower was great and breakfast was good. We’d go again.
