Primrose Farm Holidays

The evenings watching films with the other campers are a real highlight, and the chickens, duck and goats are gorgeous. Olive the goat is stubborn, though 😂. This is our fourth year here and we're still having the best holiday ever. Stephen and Amanda are amazing hosts, full of knowledge and always good for a laugh. Nothing is too much trouble. The site is clean and tidy, with water and electric, very clean toilets and showers, and perfect pitches. You definitely won't be disappointed.

The one thing that didn't sit well with us was an all male group of lads in their 20s being allowed to stay for two nights in a tent in the family area on our third night. It felt like a poor fit for a family setting. Our hosts Steve and Amanda said they'd look into any problems, and they were very helpful throughout, so we'd still recommend the place and consider coming back. It was our first family glamping trip, and the kids loved it. The location is handy for lots of Cornwall attractions, the tent was clean, tidy and well equipped, and the site facilities covered what we needed. There was lots of space for football, a separate dog walking paddock and evening cinema in a marquee, which the kids absolutely loved. The atmosphere was great for families.

Primrose Farm has all the amenities you need, and it's welcoming for families, children and dogs. The campsite is well kept and centrally placed for lots of Cornwall attractions. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. I can't recommend it enough, and we'll likely be back for a third visit next year.

Amanda and Stephen took time to check in with us and get to know the children and even our dog. They were accommodating about keeping groups close together, too. It was our second visit and we couldn't have enjoyed the friendly, welcoming campsite more. It's a safe place where children can just be kids. Highly recommended.
