The welcome basket was a lovely touch, and the owners were friendly without being intrusive. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after dark. It’s a peaceful place, though a bit remote, so you’ll need to drive to most places. We’d happily stay again.

Izzy & Edwin have made this such a good escape from the world. We’re always welcomed, and we leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, already ready to book another stay. Almost hope this place stays a secret.

There’s loads of space, with spacious rooms and everything we needed. The cottage is in a fabulous spot near the local pub, and the hot tub and sauna were great. Definitely recommend it.

I went with my family and managed to break my wrist and tear my ankle climbing the trees, but it’s still one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. The place is beautiful and peaceful at night, and they stock everything you need, including games and things for the dog. The hot tub is a great touch. The owners are welcoming and pleasant, and I regularly saw them coming to maintain the hot tub. Hoping to come back with the mrs very soon.
