Stayed 30th May to 6th June 2025. The views were stunning, and the property is beautiful, with lovely furniture and thoughtful design. It had more than we could have wished for and seemed to cater for all our needs. I’d highly recommend it.

The flats have amazingly well-equipped kitchens and state-of-the-art equipment. It’s a smashing place to stay right by the River Leven. There’s a little road noise, but when you’re sitting by the river side of the house with evening drinks and watching the water go by, you hardly notice it.

The river and weir run beside the garden, so it’s easy to launch a kayak and paddle up to Windermere. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here. The decor is great, the living room and beds are comfy, and the kitchen and bathroom are lovely. I love the place and would happily live here!

We had a lovely two-night break at Riverside House Hideaway. It was immaculate and well equipped, with beautiful walks and popular tourist towns and areas nearby. The location is ideal, and I’d highly recommend it.
