Premier Inn London Uxbridge Town Centre

Even at pricier hotels, I haven’t always had service this kind or personal. The people here made the stay genuinely memorable. Wendy was a warm presence in the mornings, making great breakfasts and taking time to chat. It almost felt like staying with family. Sammy, Nico, Danhu, and Cax Mi were all consistently kind and caring, too. Cax Mi was especially sweet, while Danhu and Nico brought good energy, smiles and friendly conversation. Sammy patiently and professionally helped sort out problems with our company’s hotel booking, including the technical details. Nico was always approachable and friendly, and would stop what he was doing to help with logistics. I had a really positive stay at the Premier Inn in Uxbridge, thanks to the whole team going above and beyond.

The one thing that let the stay down was housekeeping. I requested a room clean, but it wasn’t done, which was disappointing. The room itself was decent and generally comfortable, if fairly standard. The friendly, attentive staff were the best part of my stay at the Premier Inn in Uxbridge. They went out of their way to help, and breakfast was another highlight: lots of choice, all fresh, and a good start to the day. I’d recommend adding breakfast to your stay. Everything else went smoothly, and I’d consider coming back for the service and food.

Sammy was more like a host than a staff member. He recommended a larger room for the three of us, which made a real difference over our long stay, and we were comfortable and well rested. We also had a wonderful view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room. Dhanu was always friendly and welcoming whenever we came downstairs for a light bite. The hotel stayed clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout. We were international travellers staying at Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre over Christmas and New Year’s, and it was the right choice. Uxbridge Station is right outside, so getting around London was easy. The town centre, with food, shops and essentials, is less than a five-minute walk away. There was everything we needed for a stress-free extended stay. Highly recommended, especially for longer visits or international travellers.

Carly at the front desk made our birthday trip. She was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, made us feel welcome the whole time, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. People are quick to complain, but she deserves all the praise. She’s a real credit to the company and a fantastic brand ambassador. Hats off to her! 👏🎉 We stayed two nights and honestly had the best time. You usually know what to expect from Premier Inn, but this visit exceeded all my expectations and turned a great stay into a memorable one.
