Staff were friendly and really helpful, and this is one of the better Premier Inns. The room was big, with a comfy bed and decent shower, though it was pretty cold, possibly because the heating wasn’t working. It wasn’t unbearable. Breakfast had a good selection, and there’s plenty of free parking. The free WiFi was poor and slow. Premium WiFi costs an extra £5 for 24-hour access, so I used mobile data instead because it was much faster.

We came for a three-night stay to do The Camel Trail. The rooms were spotless and the staff super friendly. It’s a quick ten-minute walk into town, where we had an excellent meal at The Molesworth Arms. We’ll definitely stay again.

The location was bang on for the town centre and the tourist spots we wanted to see. Angela and her team were helpful from check-in throughout our four days. The room, restaurant, food and drink were first class. One of the best Premier Inns we’ve stayed in.

After five hours in the car with the kids, the Christmas decorations in the bar area were just what we needed. The room was clean, tidy and quiet, even with a builders’ yard across the car park. The evening meal and breakfast were lovely, hot and freshly cooked. A big shout-out to the evening and breakfast staff, who were amazing, friendly and really engaging with the kids. Would highly recommend.
