My friends and I had such a good time here. Antonia communicated brilliantly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved the hot tub, did karaoke in the cinema room, and danced in the downstairs bar. The big kitchen had enough equipment to cook for our large group, and all the beds were clean and comfortable. The huge bath was fab too. One shower didn't get hot, but there were two others that did, so it wasn't an issue. We paid a small fee to check in early and leave late, and it was well worth it. We all want to do it again. Thank you!

We had a brilliant time in the downstairs bar, and the house was huge with lovely decor. The hosts were accommodating, letting me visit beforehand and arranging early check-in for a very reasonable small fee. Communication was great throughout. The accommodation cost was amazing, a real bargain for what we got. There was free parking around the back, plenty of bathrooms and towels for everyone, plus extra towels for the hot tub. One shower didn't work, but with three others available, it didn't really matter. I visited for my hen party this weekend, and the place matched the photos very closely. The cinema room chairs were a bit worn, but still comfortable, so it wasn't really an issue. I didn't use the projector, so can't comment on it. Thanks so much to the hosts for helping make my hen party special. Xx

We spent time in the basement bar, which felt like the new way of going out, and later used the hot tub in the back yard. It wasn't ready to use at first, but we flushed it a few times and then got in. The basement also had a games room, cinema room, darts and a mini kitchen. There was a local shop nearby for anything we'd forgotten, and we ordered food delivery that evening. The kitchen didn't have enough equipment for a large group. We booked this modern place on Wakefield's outskirts for a surprise reunion with friends. There was loads of room to entertain without going out, and the rooms were nicely decorated, though a few need TLC. We arrived at 3pm for check-in, but the house wasn't ready, so we waited outside until the cleaner let us in. She said the top floor was still being cleaned, so we stayed downstairs and set up our buffet. All in all, we had a good stay, but after we raised some shortcomings with the landlord, he ignored our messages.
