I was quite specific about the flowers I wanted, and they changed the arrangements to fit my vision. Ishy was also quick to reply to messages. The team took only one booking that day, even with two events on, so they could focus on us. The waiters were friendly, prompt and kept things tidy. When we had a problem with an outside vendor, Ishy stayed calm, understanding and professional, which made a stressful moment easier. The County Hotel was lovely, and the outdoor space looked great for couple and family photos, especially with the fairy lights. All their venues are ace, and I also want to mention Flower Wall Shop Venues, they’re amazing. I held my Nikkah and Mendhi at County Hotel Venue in Walsall and was very impressed. Their other Walsall venue has a larger hall for 350 people, but I needed room for 400, so it wasn’t suitable for my wedding. I’ll still recommend it to others. The service, staff and overall experience were fantastic.

We held a baby shower and gender reveal for 100 people, with a buffet and dessert cart, and there was room for everyone plus a dance floor. The space was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and offered loads of parking. Ish was great to work with, helpful and honest, and helped the day go just as we’d pictured it. The price felt fair for what we got. I’d hire the venue again and recommend it. Reach out and have a look!

The staff are great and stay available to help with questions, doing what they can to keep an event running smoothly. It’s a beautiful venue that works well for any event. I’d recommend it without hesitation and plan to book it for plenty of future occasions.

My family really enjoyed my birthday party here over the weekend. The decorations were set up just as I’d imagined, and the whole experience was good. The staff were lovely, especially manager Ish, who answered all my questions and concerns. Customer service was 10/10, and it was extremely affordable too! 🙂🙂

We first fell for the venue when we went to a family mehndi party there, so we booked it for our daughter’s 6th birthday. The clean, modern space is roomy, with great decor, location and parking. We chose a Barbie theme, and their in-house decorations exceeded our expectations. Our daughter loved the look and atmosphere. We ordered catering too, and couldn’t fault the service. Brother Hussein was fantastic from start to finish, and the whole team was accommodating and did everything they could to make the day run smoothly. I highly recommend booking your events there.
