The food is a favourite, particularly the beautifully presented fish dishes. On a cold day, the panelled wood lounge feels cosy around its real open fireplace. Our room had a good shower and a view of Corfe castle. The friendly, welcoming staff give the place a homely feel. Happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Our room looked out over the castle, and the restaurant food was excellent. The restaurant is at the high end, with prices that are expensive but fair for the exceptional food and service. It’s a really good quality hotel, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in a true English country manor setting. A drink in the oak-panelled drawing room beside a roaring fire was a particular highlight. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the food was the highest quality we’ve ever had in Dorset. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and they also offer luggage storage, which is handy if you’re travelling independently. The hotel is just off the main street in an excellent location. It really is manor-style, and the rooms suit Corfe Castle’s character beautifully.

The oak-panelled room was a lovely place to end the evening with a drink. The hotel is beautifully decorated and absolutely gorgeous, with a warm, welcoming feel. Staff were very friendly, and its central location made it easy to get out and about.
