The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was too. The shower was brilliant, and there was cool water in a little fridge. Dave greeted us when we arrived, then Kim came to say hello the next morning since she’d been working elsewhere at check-in. They were both lovely. Dave also suggested places to eat and sorted out a taxi for the wedding the next day. We came for a wedding and would happily stay again. Definitely recommend booking.

Watchet’s a charming little town, and this place has wonderful views and a handy location for exploring it. The room was reasonably priced, clean, and had decent facilities. The bed was firm and a good size, the shower pressure was good, and they provided a much needed fan during the heatwave. Kim and Dave were absolutely lovely. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Kim made us feel very welcome and brought bottled water and fresh fruit when we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. We stayed one night with my mum and a family friend, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Kim.

Kim and Dave were such kind, friendly hosts, some of the nicest we’ve had in a long time. The room was fantastic, clean, and had great facilities. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon. Would recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast was fantastic, with a different choice each day. I went for the English cooked breakfast every morning, with plenty of toast and coffee. Gail was so hospitable and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. She welcomed me warmly, and my room was very comfortable, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Fresh towels were provided every day. I stayed for four days at the end of May 2014, and the place is very central. It’s also very reasonably priced compared with other places in Watchet. I can’t fault it and strongly recommend staying there if you’re in Watchet. I’ll definitely return when I visit Somerset.
