Travelodge London Wembley High Road

The breakfast was unlimited and had a good range of choices. The hotel team were polite and welcoming, and housekeeping caused no issues. Our room was basic, with an en suite, but very clean. We stayed two nights on Wembley High Road, which was a great location. Would stay again.

The room smelled unpleasant, and I was uncomfortable all night. Its door was broken, the carpets looked dirty, and my key kept failing, so I had to get several replacements. I was also given an accessible room without any explanation or warning. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Flavia was cheerful, patient and professional, checking us in and serving dinner. She and Deep were happy to help with anything, and my granddaughter's dinner was adjusted for her allergies without any fuss. Our room and bedding were clean, and the dining area was spotless. Breakfast for me and my granddaughter, who is under 18, was full and unlimited and cost less than £12. Children can have breakfast for £1. The windows open, which is handy if the air conditioning gives you a sore throat. We'd definitely stay again.

The room's hygiene was unbelievably foul. I paid extra for an upgraded room on the second floor, but the bedroom stank of sweat and the bathroom reeked of urine. I'm not exaggerating either description. The location is great for transport into London, and there's a cheap car park almost directly connected to the hotel.
