We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food was phenomenal, and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pool was a nice bonus, though the changing rooms could use an upgrade. My only gripe was the extra charge for parking. The car park is huge, so perhaps they could set aside part of it for hotel guests.

Reception made a particularly good first impression. Gerry was warm, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, with excellent customer service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and nicely presented, and the staff were courteous and attentive. We had a very enjoyable stay in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. A great choice if you want somewhere comfortable and stress-free.

Breakfast was great, and the service was excellent, especially from Markuss, who was really helpful. Dinner was good value too. This time I had a very clean, good-quality room with the newer style of TV, though room quality can vary here. The corridors and staircases had some very odd cleaning smells. The gym is basic but does the job, and parking costs extra.

The breakfast was outstanding, and Markuss was very helpful with our order. There’s a pool as well, and the staff were great. The young woman at reception was especially helpful. It may be a little out of the way, but we had a really good stay.

Breakfast was passable, though the scrambled eggs were awful and the pastries came out cold. Still, it was a good stay. I was here for a conference and found the double room just right for me, spotless when I arrived, and a nice place to come back to. The staff were helpful and mostly friendly.
