Serena made a real effort with my booking. I contacted her at the last minute, and she was quick and patient while finding exactly what I needed. A pleasure to deal with. I’d highly recommend her and will use this service again soon.

Right in central West Bromwich, and the apartment itself is modern, spacious and clean. There’s free on-street parking a short walk away, or you can pay a reasonable amount to park all day fairly close by.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the beginning to the end of our stay at Metro Court. The service, property and value were all excellent. I’d recommend both the company and the property, and plan to use them again.

After booking more than six months ahead, we were cancelled on with just a week’s notice during the Commonwealth Games. They said work was being carried out, but I can’t believe anyone would choose to do that during the Games. It seemed clear they’d found a better offer. They showed no care for their guests or the plans we’d made. Awful.

The apartment was clean and cosy, and I loved my day stay so much I didn’t want to leave. Everyone on staff was kind and really helpful. I’ll book another stay very soon :)
