Storrbeck Guest House

Room three had everything we needed, including good free WiFi. We went at the end of sept, and although the weather wasn't great, the heating kept us warm and dried our raincoats. Each day there was fresh bottled water, and one day we came back to a lovely bag with chocolate in it. Such a thoughtful touch. The guest house is run by a really friendly, welcoming couple, and it's super clean. Breakfast was so good it kept us from wanting food for ages! Whitby parking is very much first come, first served, but they have badges that let you park nearby. Once we were parked, we could walk to all sorts of sightseeing points within 15 minutes, with disabled stops along the way. There are also plenty of benches. We found this wonderful place while searching for somewhere to stay. It's central for amenities and all Whitby's hidden gems. The guest house has four rooms, and we'll definitely be back. I love a good guest house run the way I would want one to be.

The rooms were excellent, and breakfast was truly amazing. This place is right in the heart of Whitby, and the couple running it gave us exceptional service and couldn't do enough for us. I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel was immaculately clean and within walking distance of the harbour. Danny and Nicola were lovely and so accommodating. We spent the afternoon in beautiful Whitby, then returned to our room to find a bottle of bubbly and glasses to celebrate the New Year. Thank you, Danny and Nicola, for making our stay so special. This little gem really made our visit.

The guest house is very well located, close to town and the seafront. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and Danny and Nicky were so helpful and did everything they could for us. They made our stay really enjoyable.
