The food is great, and they really do live up to expectations. It's good Italian cooking, though a little pricey. The place is run by the same people as the Swan next door.

We went during the soft opening and the service and food were flawless. The welcome bites and starters were light and tasty, the mains were lovely, and you should try the tiramisu cocktails. The service was attentive without hovering. It’s presented as a more affordable family option than The Swan, but I found it too pricey for that. Still, it’s a genuine alternative to the usual high street food and well worth a try.

The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so friendly too. Such a gorgeous B&B, and I’d happily visit again.

Run by the owners of the equally impressive Swan just up the road, this is a classy Italian restaurant.

Carol was so helpful and accommodating during our long weekend at Amano. We used both the room and restaurant and had a great time. The bed was huge and comfy, and the bath was massive. Great value for money, and I couldn't recommend it more.
