We had a lovely Sunday lunch, with quick service and everything cooked perfectly. The roast platter was a huge amount of food, so only order it if you're really hungry.

We enjoyed a relaxed lunch here in the middle of the afternoon. The food was great, and the staff were friendly with good service. It came to £100 for two, including starters and two drinks. That's a little pricey for a village pub, but not over the top.

We had a great experience and never felt rushed. The food was delicious and worth the money, with good-sized portions and timely service. The lovely server listened to what my partner wanted and explained which option would suit best.

The Sunday roast was so delicious, and I'm already looking forward to having another. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming with good background music. One of the best gastro pubs I've visited. Highly recommend The Farmhouse.

The fillet steak at the pub was cooked perfectly and arrived quickly. I stayed one night for work, and it was convenient with my meeting only a six-minute drive away. The room was just OK. It was in a separate block outside, the bathroom was shoehorned into a tiny space, and the carpet was so grubby I felt I had to keep something on my feet. There was no breakfast, either. The door opened straight outside and didn't feel secure, so I'm not sure I'd stay again.
