Hudsons Guest House

The service was amazing, and breakfast was delicious and generous. They catered for my dairy-free and meat-free needs. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. I’d definitely stay again if I needed to.

The cooked breakfast was great, especially the sausage, and cost under a tenner. There are three parking spaces, plus free road parking outside. The room was clean and modern, and although the place is on a main road, the good windows kept the noise from disturbing us. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the centre of Weymouth. Overall, a very good stay, with friendly, professional service. I’d go back.

The breakfast was superb, just under a tenner, and genuinely one of the best English breakfasts I’ve had that I didn’t cook myself. Michael, the (co-?) owner, really stood out for being professional, polite, warm and friendly. I stayed one night at Hudsons in Jun 25 for around £85 on a Sat, and it compares with hotels around the globe that cost double or more but give a far worse guest experience. I’m already looking at a return to Hudsons in Sept. My room, number one, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The ensuite had everything you’d need, though the shower cubicle was small for someone as tall as me.

I was in Weymouth for a few days to see friends and family, and Hudsons was lovely, clean and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. It was a first-class stay, and I’ll definitely go again. Keith from Nottingham.
