The cottage is fantastic and I can’t fault it. Parking is the only small problem, though these places weren’t designed for modern-day requirements.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. The stairs up to the top bedroom are interesting.

The house has a good amount of space, and the heating worked well, which was important at this time of year. The living room is nice, and the location is handy for shops, food and the seafront. I’d stay again, but I’d come better prepared. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and no towels, and the light bulb in the front bedroom was out. The front room window rattled whenever a car went past or the wind hit it, which got annoying in the middle of the night. We were also asked to strip the bed on our last night and put the linen in a bag for laundry. That’s not a big ask, but it seemed a bit cheeky given the missing toilet paper and towels.

We love this apartment. The owners are incredibly helpful, and we couldn’t ask for a better place.
