We spent two nights here and found it peaceful and memorable. The room was spacious and lovely, with a private balcony where we could enjoy a beautiful sea view and the sound of the waves. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but it was available on request, which was a nice option as it isn’t usually offered at this time of year. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the guesthouse.

Dawn and Gary always make us feel welcome when we stay at Edenhurst. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. A lovely home cooked breakfast sets us up for a busy day. We try to visit this guest house twice a year if we can, and each stay is fantastic.

The location is great, close to the railway station and right across from the beach. Dawn and Gary made us feel welcome and were ready to help with anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was a full English made with quality produce. Many thanks, see you next year.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with good ingredients cooked well and plenty of extras like cereal, toast, yoghurt and oats. Gary made us feel welcome and was ready to help, and the room had tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a couple of biscuits waiting for us. My boy and I had a great stay. The twin room was a good size, the bathroom was spacious and clean with a good shower, and at 6ft 1 I found the bed plenty big for a comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, but the room was dirty, the carpet smelled really bad and the kettle was very rusty. Checkout at 10:30am was a surprise. They provide a card for the car park, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
