The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and I’d recommend this place without hesitation. It’s spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Great for one or two people, and right in the middle of everything. The parking permit lets you park for free in a nearby car park, just a three minute walk away.

We stumbled on the Nutshell by chance and were glad we did. It’s a comfortable, quirky place with really helpful proprietors. Although it’s right in the middle of everything, it feels tucked away. It backs onto Pannett Park and our favourite pub, the Little Angel, is just around the corner. We’ll definitely be back.

This is my third stay and it’s still a perfect little gem. The new shower is great, the bed is as wonderfully comfortable as ever, and it’s a lovely hideaway that’s close to everything while still feeling out of the way.

I couldn’t be happier with this apartment. It’s very clean, in a fantastic central spot close to the harbour, and the owner was happy to help.
