The room was neat and clean, and town was an easy walk away. Joanne and Danny made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was lovely. Having free parking was a real plus, as was the tea and coffee with fresh milk in the room. Thanks for making our stay so good.

The room was fine for what it cost, and parking was a welcome extra. I also liked the fridge on the landing, a really useful idea. Breakfast was superb, with quality ingredients. My only gripe was the TV mounted above the bed. It was impossible to watch from there.

The staff understand visual impairments and different auxiliary aids, and were happy to make reasonable adjustments. That made the stay feel very relaxed. The building has a lot of steps, so it isn’t wheelchair-friendly, but the staff did all they could to make the space accessible. The bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with locally sourced food. Since dogs aren’t allowed, I also slept right through without barking waking me.

We stayed for two nights and would happily come back. The owners were friendly, the rooms spotless, and the beds cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and tasty, and there’s free parking behind the hotel, which was a big bonus. It’s only a quick walk into the centre. Highly recommended.
