We loved staying at The Willows, just a few minutes' walk from Whitby centre. The room was spotless, well equipped and had a magnificent shower, a super-comfy bed and a lovely courtyard. One thing I'd reconsider is the sharp slate gravel out there, since the garden chairs can be unstable on it. We enjoyed the stay, and the communication was very good around the clock. That really helps when you have ADHD and decide to text at 5am. Thank you, Pete and your lovely team.

We had a lovely bank holiday stay. The room was beautiful, and the centre was only a few minutes away on foot. It was nice to be close to everything without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The room had everything we needed, right down to biscuits and a bottle of milk in the fridge, and the shower was great. We struggled with the heating on the first night and got too warm, but that was our own fault for not figuring it out. The keyless entry was quick and easy, and they texted to ask if they could help with anything. We'd happily come back.

We booked these couple of nights away on the spur of the moment, and were really pleased with our stay. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was great, and town was only about a five-minute walk. There's no reception, but that wasn't an issue since the team communicated so well. Can't wait to visit again.

Whitby was easy to explore on foot from The Willows, and I felt completely at ease staying there on my own. The rooms have been renovated beautifully in a modern style, with everything I needed: an iron, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, cutlery, cups and plates. Check-in with the door code was simple too. Parking took some effort, as it can in Whitby. I left my car at West Cliff, went for a walk, then found a space on the road near The Willows when I came back. I'd book again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
