We had a fabulous stay as a group last weekend. It was clean, well cared for and just right for what we needed. I slept on the bed in the lounge, which was really comfortable. The swing bridge location made it easy to walk everywhere, with the shops and harbour close by. I'd recommend it to anyone after somewhere special in Whitby.

Shops for food and drinks were just around the corner, and the views were wonderful. I was here for a few work nights and had a splendid stay. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

A nice, clean and comfortable place in a great location. The bathroom could be improved, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

We booked three nights in the “luxury penthouse apartment” for my wife's birthday, expecting it to feel luxurious. Instead, we were shocked by the poor quality. It was so dirty, with grime everywhere and someone's toenails on the bedside cabinet. There's also a ring doorbell on the doorframe, about three metres from the bed. I'm sure the owner could hear everything said in the apartment if they wanted to. We contacted the owner straight away, but they basically dismissed us as “complainers”. The place was so bad we wouldn't spend even one night there. Now we're having to take the owners to court to get our money back.

We’d happily recommend this lovely studio. It was clean and tidy, had all the facilities we could want, and was in a perfect spot.
