We were here for almost four weeks, and Jolanta and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Jolanta especially went the extra mile to help us arrange an extension to our booking. We'd book here again without hesitation if we needed accommodation in the area.

It's hard to beat the location for airport access, and there's a good BBQ restaurant next door. The bed was comfortable enough, but I struggled to sleep because of a steady rhythmic vibration from the wall behind our heads. Our ground-floor room was next to reception, so I assume it came from some electrically powered equipment there. We also weren't given a WiFi code when we arrived, and there was no air conditioning, just a fan blowing hot air around. Disappointing for a Premier Inn.

We usually book a family room here, as it has everything we need. There's lots of parking, the location is great, and the staff are always welcoming and easy to approach. I'd recommend it for short stays. On Easter Sunday we stayed one night with our two small children, and there were Easter chocolates on both their beds when we came in. Such a lovely gesture, thank you!

Parking isn't great because it's shared with a very busy, popular restaurant. There's another car park on the other side, but it has no lighting, which was no good during a February stay.

A quick, friendly check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very quiet location.
