The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a well equipped TV system. The bathroom was clean and looked new, and the staff were great and very friendly. I stayed four nights and really enjoyed it. The maids somehow left fresh towels and coffee supplies without being noticed. It’s a business hotel, so it isn’t always silent, but I had no trouble sleeping at night.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times, and this visit was just as good. Simon sorted out my booking, then Ben was pleasant, courteous, and professional when I arrived, which made the whole stay superb. At breakfast, Kiani looked after our group so well. She’s a lovely young woman with a great personality, and nothing was too much trouble with our order. I’d give it 10 stars if I could and will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Wilmslow Lodge while recovering from surgery at the hospital across the road. The staff were all caring, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for all the attention and support.

We use this hotel for work and haven’t had any problems with the rooms, cleanliness, food, or service. The hotel and pub are separate, so there’s no noise or disturbance. Highly recommend it.

Reception staff were polite and helpful, and the evening bar team and breakfast staff were very good too. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the essentials like a kettle and iron. The bathroom was large, with a roomy walk-in shower. The mirror fogged up when shaving, but that’s a minor thing.
