Going on a weekday meant it wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well organised, with rides that were fun without being overwhelming for younger kids. The Lego models really are impressive, too. The kids were excited all day, and the atmosphere made it well worth the visit. We'd definitely come back.

We went straight to the back of the park, so the rides there had very short waits, and we still had a great time with family and friends who were visiting, even in the cold. Some rides and cafés were shut in late December, though the price wasn't reduced. The lockers came in handy, and priority parking was worth it since the car was very close. The 4D show felt hit and miss, with little story and mostly flashing lights, wind and fast moving 3D animation. They should do a 4D Bluey experience or something. I'd happily return in spring or summer, especially with Merlin Passes, which would make it worthwhile and let the kids play outside and enjoy more experiences.

We recently got Merlin passes for the family and came on a really cold half term day. The kids had a great time, and we never queued more than 20 minutes for a ride. I gave it four stars because so many people had the nerve to skip the lines, while team members didn't even challenge them.

We came in early spring midweek, so the park wasn't open, but there was still the pool, arcade and play space to enjoy. Our two-day stopover between London and Warrington was fabulous. Check-in was easy, the entrance was clean, and the concierge were courteous and very helpful. The kids loved the Lego pit and character wall. The lifts were fun too, with a character making jokes and comments that matched our floor's theme. A little loud, but fun all the same. Our room exceeded expectations: clean, pirate themed, and the kids loved their bunk area, having their own Lego, Channel TV and a treasure hunt. They were happily busy while my husband and I got organised, and the treasure was a big hit. Breakfast the next morning was a proper buffet, much more than the usual croissants and coffee, and a Lego character came to visit. The staff were warm, welcoming, kind and clearly well trained. We also loved the dragon at the entrance, snoring at night and breathing fire, or smoke, during the day. We enjoyed everything, felt the cost was well worth the experience, and couldn't have stayed at a better price. I'd definitely look this place up again if we're back in the area.
