Food lovers should visit, especially with the new chef in residence. The menu is small and changes daily, with beautiful fresh local ingredients. It's welcoming, and child and dog friendly.

Great hosts at this lovely pub and B&B. The fresh breakfast was excellent. I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

We stopped here while cycling to Wales and really enjoyed the food and breakfast. The owners were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms looked new, and everything was clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for more, and I'd definitely come back to stay.

We found this little pub by chance while staying somewhere else nearby. The hosts were lovely, warm and hospitable, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, with a good range of drinks. If we're in the area, we'd definitely come back for a meal, or maybe stay in the accommodation above the pub. Highly recommended.

Lovely traditional pub atmosphere, but the desserts were pretty awful. The bases of the chocolate brownies were burnt to a crisp, and you could smell it. When I mentioned it to the landlady, she barely acknowledged it and didn't apologise. The lager was very flat too. Such a shame, because otherwise the atmosphere was lovely, but the money spent on the food felt wasted.
