The Beeches

Mandy and Steve recommended several wonderful pubs close to the house, which is in a great spot for visiting them. We stayed one night and were very comfortable, with a private room and an excellent breakfast. There was a full cooked option as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast. We'd gladly stay again. Thank you.

Steve and Mandy even let us change into our wedding outfits before check-in. We'd travelled a long way, so we really appreciated that. They couldn't have been more accommodating, and although I sometimes feel awkward sharing someone else's home, they made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent. Steve had given us the menu options the day before, but it still surpassed my expectations when we ate it. I visited The Beeches with my brother and parents; both rooms were spacious and very nice. Our double room was particularly large, clean and well equipped, with an en suite. The house is a beautiful, sizeable building with a quirky feel. Definitely check into The Beeches when you're in the area.

We've tried to book here for years while visiting relatives in the village, but never managed it until now. Steve and Mandy are friendly, helpful and so accommodating, you feel like part of the family straight away. Our room was spacious and lovely, and very clean. It didn't have an en-suite, but our own full bathroom was nearby, and that was no problem. Breakfast was freshly cooked and so generous we didn't need lunch. There's ample parking and it's easy to find. Absolutely we'd stay again. Thanks so much, Steve and Mandy. Hope to see you soon.
