Flexi-Lets@Woking Town Centre

I booked and paid for this apartment, but a mix-up by Flexi-Lets meant the email had the wrong address and location pin. I ended up locked out in the cold at 10 pm, in a foreign country with my elderly parents and nowhere to go. The first person who answered the phone was unpleasant and clueless. They couldn’t confirm the address or whether anyone would help, saying the office was closed, though it was only 21:00. After 15 minutes, the manager called. She repeatedly stressed that I should appreciate her calling after hours, then said she couldn’t help because it was after hours. She wished me luck finding and paying for an alternative place myself for the night. Flexi-Lets made the mistake and gave us no help at all. This is the worst and most disgraceful customer service I’ve ever received.

The customer service was incredibly poor, and the flats were even worse. The bed was broken and most of the lightbulbs didn’t work. They’d said parking was included, but it wasn’t. There’s more, just stay clear.

Really great, though it was HOT and there were no cooling devices.

The apartments are lovely and comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable.
