Tarka Reach in Woolacombe

We had the carvery on Mother’s Day, and the price included desserts and drinks. The food was good, and the staff were welcoming and did everything you’d hope for, and more. The place was clean, and the dog friendly area had plenty of room and was comfortable. Thank you. 💖🐾🙏

The carvery was lovely, with perfectly cooked meat and vegetables and a good variety of veg. The buttered new potatoes were amazing, and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth stopping by for a Sunday roast.

Even at the usual busy lunchtime, they fitted our party of eight in. The food was good and came promptly, and the service is great every time. There’s a good choice of local and mainstream ales and other drinks. They also have reasonably priced rooms if you’re too tired to head off.

The door and tap are still broken and holey. It’s a nice local pub, and the staff are friendly. Food is good for the price, around £9-£14, though the chips were a bit dry. It’s a good option a little farther from the beach if you want somewhere less busy.
