The apartment itself was fine, but getting inside was a nightmare. We spent an hour and a half trying to find it, with no street sign or host there to meet us. In the end, a woman nearby happened to know where it was, and we also needed a code to reach the key. The host sent a video to my phone to help us locate the entrance. Once we got in, there were four flights of stairs to the top floor, which was hard with all our luggage.

We found dirty clothes and rubbish left on the bedroom floor, and the apartment smelled bad. At first glance it looked modern and nice, but once we settled in, it was clear it was filthy. Even finding the place was difficult: there were no signs, and the entrance was grotty, smelly, and full of kids' toys. I complained, but nothing was done to fix things. They refused a refund because I had left an honest review. Avoid at all costs!!!
