After checking into a really disappointing AirB&B in central Worcester, we chose not to stay there. Boutique by Brown's found us a lovely room at very short notice and made our weekend. The staff were warm, friendly, and gave superb service. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, then enjoyed a delicious evening meal and a two-course breakfast. The room was luxuriously comfortable, with a stunning river view. We highly recommend it.

The suite and restaurant both look out over the river, and everything was perfectly clean. It's a beautiful hotel in a riverside building, with wonderful, helpful staff. I was welcomed at check-in with a glass of sparkling wine. 10/10.

We had the best evening meal we've ever had in a hotel here. The hotel is wonderful, the prices are very reasonable, the food is great, and the staff are attentive. We feel there's nowhere else to look, this is the best.

Breakfast had loads of high-quality choices, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend here. Our large, very clean room had river views and a feature bath, and we both found the spacious bed really comfortable. There's a large car park a minute away, with parking vouchers available at reception for a small charge. The TV was wonderfully large, and the location is great for river walks and getting into town. We'll be back.

We stayed on a Monday, when the bar and restaurant were closed. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in Worcester, though. It's a great hotel right by the river.
