Premier Inn Worcester - M5 Jct6

We only needed a room for one night because my mother-in-law was having an operation. Things were stressful with my nine-year-old daughter unable to sleep, but the two night staff went out of their way to keep her entertained while still doing their jobs with as little disruption as possible. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very good for the price, and the staff and chef were helpful as well.

We stayed over New Year, and the staff were wonderful. The food was top quality and everything was exceptionally clean. I used to work in housekeeping years ago, so I know standards, and they were high in every area. I've stayed at lots of Premier Inns, and this was one of the best. I'd happily recommend it to travelers passing through. Well done to the staff and management.

The room was clean and just what I expected, the staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely and there was lots of parking. But I usually choose Premier Inn because I know what I'll get, and I've had better stays elsewhere in the chain. Noise was the main problem. I could hear everything upstairs, including creaking floors, and my own floor creaked too. The pillows weren't comfortable, and doors in my room and above it kept sticking and making noise. I left before anyone was at reception, so I couldn't report the doors. I wouldn't pick this one again.

Breakfast at the Beefeater across the car park was very good. I arrived when they opened at 06:30, and my colleagues who went later had a somewhat different experience. My room was clean and well maintained. The downside was having no EE mobile signal at all. The hotel's free WiFi worked, but it was weak, and I didn't want to pay for premium access.
