We had to cancel within the allowed period, but the owner said the matter was nothing to do with him while Booking.com said it was. When I called him a second time, he blocked our number. He was rude even when we rang just minutes after making the booking. We had to contact Booking.com several times before finally getting a credit, despite being told the owner was responsible for the refund. I'd avoid booking here.
