Everyone at our Sunday lunch chose beef. It was very nice, but three small medallions each felt mean, especially compared with portions in previous customers' photos. The small vegetable pot shared between two gave each person one carrot, one mangetout, a piece of broccoli, a little cauliflower that lacked cheese or cheese sauce, and a small amount of cabbage. It didn't feel like good value, particularly with the £2 surcharge for beef. It would help to let people know they can ask for more vegetables, and to serve more than a child-sized portion of beef. It's also odd that Yorkshire pudding is offered with beef only, when milk, flour and eggs aren't expensive. The service moved too fast as well. My plate was taken just after my last mouthful, before I'd even finished chewing. We had to ask for a pause before dessert, or the whole meal would have been over in about 40 minutes. Everyone enjoyed their pudding.

The restaurant had a cosy atmosphere and a really positive feel. We came to the Dewdrop for a Sunday roast for the first time. Beth, our server, was lovely and helpful, and the rest of the staff were professional and kind too. I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, but I'd recommend the restaurant to family and friends.

Breakfast was extremely good each morning, and the service was excellent. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful, especially the young woman serving breakfast on Thursday. The hotel is in a lovely little village with easy access to Worcester. We were in Room 9, beside the road, and traffic noise was considerable. The walls rattled when larger vehicles passed. It was also near the cleaners' room and kitchen, so there was noise from deliveries and the cleaner coming and going in the morning. The stained hand towel was off-putting. We'd definitely stay again, just not in Room 9.

We travelled for an evening out with eight family members and friends to celebrate a 21st birthday, and it was well worth the effort. The ambience was lovely, comfortable and sophisticated. Service was excellent, and the food was amazing: tasty, warm, good quality and nicely presented. Great value too. We'd definitely return and recommend it.

The room was well equipped, with a great shower and comfortable bed, and breakfast was fabulous. Staff on site were very polite and courteous. I wanted to give five stars, but the Wi-Fi problem seems longstanding and hasn't been addressed over several years, based on what I found looking back. My O2 mobile signal was also in a very weak or dead spot. The room Wi-Fi was unreliable, weak and kept dropping all evening. A local power cut later that night, which wasn't the hotel's fault, knocked out both the Wi-Fi and the room landline. At 10:30 pm all the staff had left, and the emergency number in the room went unanswered; nobody responded to the message I left about the hour-long outage. Even setting the power cut aside, the overall feeling was of being disconnected from the outside world. It may not suit anyone who needs reliable connectivity.
