We had a lovely night’s sleep in the really comfortable beds, and the three-course meal was very nice, although I was a little disappointed by the small starter. Breakfast was tasty, made with good-quality ingredients, and the buffet was topped up regularly. The gentleman playing piano in the restaurant was a lovely touch too. We came for an anniversary treat and were surprised with an upgrade to a suite and two complimentary drinks, such a personal touch. The staff were friendly, the rooms spotless, and we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for making our anniversary one to remember 😄

We left absolutely full and very satisfied after a lovely festive afternoon tea. The sandwiches were generously filled and tasty, and there were freshly cooked scones with fig and plum jam along with other cakes. At £30 per head it was great value, and the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had.

At least there was enough parking, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. But you can’t polish a *whistle whistle*, even if you roll it in glitter. The rooms weren’t great. The curtains don’t close fully, so the gap lets the sunrise shine straight onto your face. For a few hours there was a thumping noise because the gym is directly opposite the room and someone was hopping on a treadmill. The shower splash door sits below the shower head, so water got all over the floor. WiFi worked for a minute, then went off for a minute, over and over, so I gave up and used the little 4G signal I could get on my phone. Breakfast was average, and the machine coffee was awful. Also, you have to pay to use the gym and pool, so keep that in mind when booking.

Our deal break was fantastic value and included breakfast. The room was spacious, with a big bed, settee and plenty of wardrobe space. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were friendly too. The hotel is just outside Worcester, with easy access to Malvern, Ledbury, Ludlow and gorgeous countryside.
