Premier Inn Worksop

The free parking was a definite bonus, and breakfast was great value. The staff there were attentive and friendly. Thank you to everyone for making the stay so appreciated. I was here for my wedding weekend, Friday with my bridesmaid and Saturday with my husband, and we were treated so nicely. The lady on reception was incredibly kind and sweet. They were completely fine with flower deliveries and things being dropped off all weekend, and with the room full of people getting ready for the big day. We stayed in the same room both nights. They asked whether I wanted the spare bed removed and the room cleaned in between; I didn't need that, but I knew it wouldn't have been any trouble if I'd changed my mind. I would have liked a small fridge to keep my prosecco cold, but it really wasn't a necessity. 😊

The Beefeater inn was very good, and breakfast was good value with as much as you want. The hotel itself is very nice once you get there. Finding it was the difficult part: sat nav couldn't locate it, and without a street map it wasn't the easiest place to find.

We stayed in the room and didn't go out, just popped to the nearby Sainsbury’s for snacks to keep in the fridge. The Premier Plus room had coffee facilities, a fridge and a decent sized TV. It was spacious and modern, with lots of seating in the restaurant and bar. The staff were friendly, and the location works well for commuters, close to Clumber Park and about 10 mins from the M1 and A1. Bravo Premier Inn!

Jordan on reception was fantastic, so helpful and informative, and really went above and beyond. The kitchen staff at the beefeater restaurant were excellent as well. Exceptional customer service is rare, so thank you! We had a lovely room, there were good facilities nearby, and an easter egg had been left in the room. We’re booked to stay again soon and are glad we chose this hotel.
