Merton House

Marc was a great host to our group of four teachers, with good communication and very clean rooms. Breakfast was generous, too. I'd stay again if I ever return to Worthing. The city itself didn't seem worth visiting, as we were there just to sleep and spent our days in Brighton or London.

I stayed for two nights with a friend, and the host was lovely. The rooms were honestly nicer than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful.

We were there for work last week, and Mark was so welcoming and always went the extra mile. He even drove us to the station with our luggage. The rooms were spotless and had everything we could ask for: little shampoos and shower gels, plenty of towels, tea, coffee and biscuits with the kettle, and bottles of water. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, continental choices and an amazing Irish breakfast. We had a great stay, and I couldn't recommend Merton Guest House enough.

Mark was flexible and helpful, with brilliant customer service, and knew the local area well. My daughter and I had a great stay at Merton House, the breakfast was delicious, and the place was spotless. We slept well, though the road was a little noisy; you get used to it, or earplugs help. We also had a fan during the hot weather. There are regular buses nearby if you don't want to take the short walk to the beach, or if you have mobility issues. We'd happily return to Worthing and this B and B, and I know many guests have come back too.
