The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed our restaurant meal too. Everyone we met among the management and staff was very friendly and ready to help. I stayed for two nights while visiting family. My room was clean, cosy and well equipped. The pillows were a problem on the first night, but that was sorted out very satisfactorily the next morning. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The staff made everything easy, always friendly and professional, and glad to help with whatever we needed. Casa Hotel also has a great location and excellent service. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a thoughtful design. The hotel has a relaxed feel while still seeming upscale, and I had a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily return and recommend it.

There’s plenty of free parking, which was a nice extra. Breakfast was super yummy too. I couldn’t choose between poached and fried eggs, so the chef made me one of each. And, unusually these days, there were more baked beans than sauce. The room was spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. Antonio, the dinner maître d'/waiter/chef, was fabulous, and the pasta is a good reason to come back. It’s a very welcoming, comfortable hotel in an old building. It’s great to see ongoing renovations and improvements, especially in the bathroom and wc in the hotel lobby. Thank you for exceeding all my expectations.

Rebecca deserves a special mention. From check-in, she moved between reception, the bar and serving tables while keeping the service at a level that felt more like a six-star luxury hotel than a business stay. She remembered guests and room numbers remarkably well, which was a little intimidating in the best way. When we unexpectedly needed another night, she handled the extension easily and reissued the rooms without any fuss. Food is what groups notice most, and Casa was a refreshing change after several years of quarterly company training trips. This was the fourth hotel we’d tried for around 50 employees on a half-board basis. Other venues had amenities we barely used, while tight budgets often meant settling for character-building buffet meals. Casa has an excellent Italian à la carte restaurant as well as a more casual bar option. They put together two menus for our group with a wide selection, the most generous and satisfying we’ve had so far. Even our keenest eaters were happy. I’ve also had some of my best sleep scores in recent months here. The rooms vary, with some more classic and others more modern, but they all do what matters. For a trip focused on eating and sleeping, Casa delivers. I’d gladly return for another business group stay.
