Clearly Apartments

York city centre is only a five-minute walk away. We were a family of five in a two-bedroom luxury apartment and had a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend these apartments and will use them again when we visit York.

The two-bedroom flat suited us perfectly for our family reunion in September. It was close to our family in York and made getting to the city centre easy. We’ll definitely visit again.

The ground-floor one-bedroom apartment was stunning, tastefully decorated and furnished, with a lovely comfortable bed. We ate out during our stay, so didn’t cook, but the kitchen had all the modern appliances, including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Highly recommend.

There’s a small outside courtyard where you can sit with a cup of tea in the afternoon, and the decor has a York and chocolate-factory theme. Tea, coffee, sugar and chocolates were provided. The apartment was spotless, with a dining table and two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the parlour beside a settee. The bed was huge, with comfortable bedding and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is small but has what you need. The kitchen was fully supplied with basic cooking items, and the microwave, cooker, dishwasher and other small appliances were in good condition. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the old town. I didn’t want to leave!
